General Shipping Information
Unless otherwise stated, most products are available to ship from between 1-2 business days of the order date. Items which are personalised or made to order may take between 3-6 weeks for dispatch. In instances where dispatch will take longer than 1-2 business days, notification on approximate dispatch time can be found on the products’ detailed information page.
Delivery time will depend on the location being shipped to. Approximate times are provided below. Please note we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Our Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Carrigdown Irish Crafts, simply return the item to us within 30 days by registered post stating the reason for return. We will replace the product or offer a refund, minus shipping and handling costs. Please note however that we cannot refund or replace earrings, personalised products, or items of clothing which have been worn.
